Exercise daily if you can




It is important that we exercise every day if we can. I have been to the gym today, its my day off work, but i recognise the need to be active. The thing is that, if you do not exercise to strengthen your heart muscles and that of your limps, you will pay the price for it as you age.
I happen to be providing support to the elderly, on a part time basis, and what I have found out is that by and large, those who exercised regularly earlier in life, did have less problem with mobility. granted that this might not be true for all of them.
I will try to post articles on the benefits of exercising from day to day.
